Do Peaches Cause Heartburn?

Because peaches do have a fairly high acid content, those who have problems with heartburn will want to consume them in moderation.

Other fruits which should be consumed in moderation by those who suffer from acid reflux/heart burn include apple cider, low acid orange juice, blueberries, grapes, cranberries, and raspberries. Although there are certainly other fruits that have a higher acidic content, peaches are still far from being a base fruit, which means that if you do have problems with heart burn, you should do everything you can to moderate how many of these you eat, as they can aggravate the condition.
