When Are Raspberries In Season?

One of the unfortunate things about certain fruits and vegetables is that they only grow during certain parts of the year. The times when the plants are producing fruit is known as “in season” and it varies from plant to plant.

So what about raspberries? What are raspberries in season?

Raspberries typically produce fruit twice during the year, depending on the specific type of raspberry plant when when exactly they were planted.

Early raspberry season can start anywhere from late May onwards and lasts until late June or early July. Late raspberry season happens more towards the fall, starting towards the end of July and lasting until the plants begin to frost.
