When Are Grapes In Season?

In a Mediterranean climate, grapes usually start to ripen in about June all the way until September. The months that grapes grow in do depend on the variety as well as the climate, so it does vary from area to area, depending on where you are.

Depending on the variety, some grapes can grow as late as October or even November; they are quite frost-resistant and can therefore grow late into the year.

The earliest that grapes usually start to ripen is June though, so anyone who is planning on growing them will want to keep this in mind in order to be successful in this endeavor.
