What Is Lobster Sauce?

The term “lobster sauce” can be a little bit misleading because of the fact that it does contain any actual lobster but rather various ingredients including chicken broth, ginger, garlic, eggs, and sometimes black beans. It is considered to be an American-Chinese cuisine as well as Canadian-Chinese.

The color of lobster soup does vary depending on the restaurant that you go to, ranging from a pale white color to a bright yellow. Some Chinese-American restaurants tend to include pork as well as soy sauce in their lobster sauce, though this is not the case everywhere you go.
