Is Spinach Safe While Breastfeeding?

There are certain foods which mothers who are breastfeeding will want to get plenty of in their diet, including spinach and other foods that are rich in Vitamin A such as carrots, sweet potatoes, mozzarella cheese, and dried apricots. Women who are breastfeeding will also need to be sure that they get their three servings a day of dairy products because they are good for baby.

One good tip to follow is that by cooking your spinach first you will be able to get more nutritional benefits out of it than if you were to simply eat it raw.
