Is Garlic Bad For Ulcers?

There are certain foods and beverages that are bad for those who have ulcers, including garlic. Those who have ulcers should try their best to avoid eating garlic as much as possible. Other foods that are bad for people with ulcers include chili powder, black pepper, chili powder, chili sauce, and barbecue sauce. It is also important to stay away from highly spiced foods along with pickles, nicotine, and Aspirin.

All of these things are bad for people who have ulcers because they can actually worsen them to some degree, especially if they are taken in excess. Any type of NSAID medication should be avoided completely because they could worsen the ulcers a person has.
