I AM A TYPE 1 DIABETIC, VERY SERIOUS AS I HAVE NO PANCREAS. I EAT A LOT OF CANTALOUPE, STRAWBERRIES, BLUE BERRIES, WATERMELON, ETC. WITH VERY GOOD RESULTS. I JUST KEEP COUNT OF THE CARBS AND STAY WITHIN MY RANGE. IT NEVER BOTHERS MY A1C …..I HAVE FRUIT AT LEAST ONCE OR TWICE EVERY DAY. I DO ADVANCED CARB COUNTING BEFORE EVERY MEAL & STAY WITHIN 60 TO 70 RANGE. I ALSO USE A SLIDING SCALE AFTER I COUNT THE CARB INTAKE. I BELIEVE THIS WILL KEEP YOUR SUGAR LEVELS ALMOST RIGHT WHERE THEY NEED TO BE, IF YOU TEST OFTEN. WHICH I DO. I HAD TO LEARN THIS BY TRIAL AND ERROR AS THEY DO NOT TEACH YOU ALL THIS IN TRAINING TO LIVE WITH DIABETES. YOU MUST STUDY AND LEARN AND KEEP GOOD RECORDS DAILY.
I love fruit I can eat it all day what fruits are really good for if have Dietbets
