In the phase 2 aspect of the Dukan Diet, you will be allowed to have a number of green foods, including broccoli.
Some of the other green foods you will be allowed to eat during this phase of the diet include cabbage, spinach, lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, onions, mushrooms, and peppers. You are allowed to eat pretty much anything you would find in a typical garden salad.
Those who are following this diet will either be able to eat these foods raw or with a certain low fat dressing for flavor. You will also be able to boil or steam these vegetables, depending on what your own personal preference is.
