One of the great things about having a turtle as a pet is the fact that you can feed them just about anything and not have to worry about anything bad happening as a result. You will of course want to make sure that you do not feed them too many strawberry slices at once, as it is important to change up what you give them.

Turtles can eat lots of different things, including meal worms, crickets, small frogs, slugs, tadpoles, dragon flies, and even snails. Along with strawberries, turtles also tend to like being fed squash and grapes; these foods are both very nutritious and delicious for them.
