Spinach can be dehydrated and there is a very specific way to go about doing it. First you will want to make sure that your spinach has been thoroughly washed. This is an important step to follow in order to make sure that all of the pesticides and chemicals have been fully removed from. After you are finished washing the spinach you will need to remove all of the stems.
Then it is time to dehydrate the spinach at exactly 100 degrees Fahrenheit for around 10 hours. Make sure that the spinach is brittle so you know that it is done. Store the dehydrated spinach in a dry airtight container and make sure that it is in a dark place as too much exposure to light can cause problems with discoloration.
