Pork can in fact be cooked while it is frozen and there are some simple steps you can follow in order to prepare it for eating. The first thing you will need to do is preheat your oven to 250 degrees and then place the roast in the oven, making sure it has been placed on a baking sheet. Make sure the roast stays in the oven for an hour on 250 degrees and then take it out and turn up the heat to 350 degrees.
Feel free to season the pork with things like pepper, salt, and whatever else you want. After you do that, you will need to place it back in the oven which has been heated to 350 degrees for around a half an hour to three hours. The amount of time you leave it in the oven will depend on how large the roast is. Keep in mind that its internal temperature should be at 160 degrees before taking it out from the oven. When you take it out of the oven, you will want to let it rest for at least 10 minutes so it can cool off.
