Can Garlic Cause Insomnia?

Garlic has been known to cause certain health problems for some people who eat it, including insomnia. There are certain foods which you will want to avoid eating if you struggle with insomnia and garlic is most definitely one of them.

Because garlic like so many other different types of foods like broccoli, cucumbers, cabbage and beans are hard for the body to digest thoroughly, it can cause problems with insomnia in some people. There is a very high level of MSG stimulant in this food which is what is primarily responsible for causing insomnia in some people who eat it or take garlic supplements.
