Can Garlic Cause Headaches?

There are certain people who have adverse reactions to specific foods, such as garlic. It is important which symptoms to watch out for when you are going about eating different foods, including headaches, high temperature, and a skin rash. Sometimes a strong headache that comes on just after eating a certain food can indicate that you are allergic to it.

Although that is not always the case, it has been known to happen in some people who are allergic to this food and many others. If you are in fact allergic to garlic or get an adverse reaction from it, it is highly recommended that you do not eat it at all or at least limit your consumption drastically.
