Can Blueberries Lower Blood Pressure?

Numerous studies suggest that blueberries are in fact good for lowering one’s blood pressure.

At least one study was done involving numerous people, one group who did not eat blueberries and another that ate at least one serving a day. By the end of the study, it was determined that the latter group has lower blood pressure overall.

Flavnoids are found in fruits and they are essentially what is responsible for keeping your blood pressure down when you eat them on a regular basis. They are found in a number of fruits and vegetables, including blood orange juice, blackcurrants, raspberries, and of course blueberries.
