All pet owners love to feed their pets tasty treats from time to time, and that includes those who own horses. However, there are certain foods which should never be fed to horses, as they can be unhealthy or outright deadly to them.
So what about raspberries? Are raspberries bad for horses?
No, they are not bad!
It’s fine to feed your horse raspberries, so long as it is done in moderation. Since raspberries are not naturally a part of a horse’s diet, it’s best to keep consumption to a minimum to avoid digestion problems that can arise, such as upset stomach and diarrhea.
