Are Grapes High In Sugar?

The sugar that you find in grapes is referred to as good sugar because it is naturally-occurring as opposed to the sugar in things like soda which is added/refined and is not good for you. There is about 0.4 grams total in a single grape, which is not very significant at all.

Those who are trying to watch their sugar intake can still enjoy as many grapes as they like. Even though there is sugar in grapes, it is natural and not bad for you in the same way as the sugar that is in most candy, soda, or other similar junk foods.
