Are Bananas Gluten Free?

Some people, especially those with Celiac disease, have dietary restrictions where they must avoid anything with gluten in it. This can lead to some confusion as to which foods contain gluten and which are gluten free.

So what about bananas? Are bananas gluten free?

Yes, bananas are gluten free. As a matter of fact, all fruits and vegetables are naturally gluten free, unless you add (typo corrected!) something to them such as a sauce.

So if you’re on a gluten free diet, feel free to enjoy all the fruits and vegetables you want, including bananas.

  1. Are cole slaw, chicken breasts, soya cheese, Dan Active, and dried fruits — all alkaline?

Can one go totally Vegan, forget acidic foods?

    Excellent website, thanks immensely

  2. I read that certain fruits and vegetables are not gluten free. So I am confused. I am terrified of having more flareups.
